"I previously bought a driver’s license…"
I previously bought a driver’s license tags for my grandma’s dog and it was beautiful! I am now a newly pup owner and would like to order one for my furr baby but the website won’t let me design or purchase a matching wallet ID, which i was so excited about! Hopefully it gets fixed soon!

Quality of the tag is much like a made in China . I bought a tag a few years back and couldn't be happier with the quality . I support what you are doing but it would be better served with quality products . Further , the e mail address from the accompainng pamphlet do not exist . Hmmm .

"Poor Exchange Policy"
Edit: A different customer care manager was able to assist me exchange my items. I upgraded my review to reflect this.

I am not happy with the explanations that were given in to me in pieces from this company. Everything should be presented upfront for the customer to process what they would like to do.

In this case, the cost of returning the products was omitted until I pressed further into why paying $10 for a warranty for a product that is not equal value made sense.

Context: I purchased an easy harness and 8ft leash set in 1" width, which was the wrong size for my dog. I take full ownership that I messed up, I should have measured more carefully. The customer service rep offered me to submit a warranty claim for $10, and they will send me the 5/8" sizing instead, which is cheaper from the 1" products by $15. That made no sense to me, until several days later when the customer service rep added that returning my items costs upwards of $15 shipping for a return.

This has certainly been a negative experience overall, and would not have happened had I chosen the correct product size to begin with, which I own as my error. It's a shame that my error has caused me to experience a negative view of the company.

It is rare that a customer needs to pay shipping for an exchange. It's not about the $10. I am happy to pay the $10 IF TagsForHope had offered to adjust the price difference when I went down in sizing.

Things were not explained clearly, something that is crucial to have when communicating with customers over text. In the future I hope this company's reps are trained in a way that makes the customer feel like the company cares about their issues.

"Best Tags Ever!"
Honestly, I can't be happier. I get compliments all the time on my dogs tag. Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend!

"Bad customer service"
There was a shipping issue with my order and they were very unprofessional about how they handled it.

My package arrived damaged and missing an item, and they told me that they were deducting the cost of shipping from my refund, even though my original order had free shipping...

Will not be shopping here again.

"Not good quality photos"
I recently and mind you I have orders before from this company, but got the worst product I could imagine. Of course when I contacted the business they went in and in about the quality of their equipment and the “sub par” quality of picture I sent, when the photo I actually sent was very high quality and I this too much for their equipment. They did not offer to remake the item, just basically said it was all in me. Super dissatisfied and I will no longer recommend this company to anyone. BUYER BEWARE

I'm so sorry that you're disappointed.

Actually, we are very proud of our new version of the tag and all our customers are very happy with the update.

We use a state-of-the-art high-vibrancy and high-definition printer that generates brilliant colors, detail, and extremely sharp text so that every letter is fully visible and easily read on the tag. A high-grade, ultra-strong acrylic lens is then custom laser cut and embedded in a waterproof seal inside a light, machined aluminum frame that is anodized for extra durability. No other company in the world puts so much care into creating such durable, high-quality tags. This means that our tags are one of the most durable tags in the world, they are light, they contain a lot of information, they never wear out or scratch out, and should last and protect your pet for their entire life! The tag doesn't get yellow and the top part does not break as in our previous version.

Maybe the issue is with the photo you uploaded on the tag. Maybe you should use a better I mean high-resolution photo and use a bright/colorful background for the photo. I believe it will stand out and look better on the tag.

I am sorry again for your disappointment but we try our best to improve tags and make them better and not worst. We spent a lot of time and funds to improve our products.

Customer service did contact me, apologized for the person that texted back that appeared clueless.
They did remake the tag of my Fur baby, and it has arrived and it is much better that what was originally sent. I appreciate the fact that they made a new one, but in all reality …. They should have caught this before it left the business the first time.

"Loved my own dog's tag so much I…"
Loved my own dog's tag so much I decided to gift it to someone else. Shipping to their house caused some hassles due to FedEx not being able to deliver to PO Boxes (not TagsforHope's fault), but Sophie from their "Woof" Team (hehe) emailed with me a couple times and quickly sorted it out. I normally dread dealing with customer service, but Sophie was super friendly and capable so it was a pleasant and smooth experience.

Also in terms of production/shipping time - my own tag took a week to ship, but this gift tag took 2 days to ship, so I wouldn't say they're "slow", it all depends on their volume of orders at the time you place yours.

Just love this company so much - their purpose, their lifetime warranty, their service... AND they're Canadian to boot (didn't know this initially) so even extra happy to support them!

"BEWARE of the wait"
I placed an order. Took 10 business days for it to finally ship. Not impressed with that. Note, you will not receive any communication if they are behind on your order. They say harnesses are now available, yet mine was being sewn for 10 days lol. Not even a discount offered when I reached out. Or at the very least they should have sent it express shipping and covered the cost, but they didnt do that either

I purchased a martingale,leash, and ID tag set and I love it. Customer service is amazing. The quality is amazing. Would definitely buy from them again. All for a good cause too!

"I am very frustrated with my tag order"
I am very frustrated with my tag order. I paid full price for a first time buyer and have yet to receive the 15%off refund. I was not told the shipping was from London and had to pay a .99 shipping fee. The order was suppose to be here 4-7 business days and said it had already been shipped. It has been 7 days and I have yet to receive anything and I’m very disappointed that it said it will arrive 12 days prior to when I ordered it. It said it would arrive on the 29th when I ordered it the 17th. I wish you all would have been more realistic to say there was a shipping fee, and that it would arrive in 12 days not 4-7. Also you have emailed my refund for 15% but no actions were made through my bank account. This was 2 days ago. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.

"It's a great idea for pets"
It's a great idea for pets! We have them on 3 dogs and one cat and they're great when "Fido" or "Muffin" accidently gets loose. It helps folks know where your pet belongs and to call when he or she is found! Thank you for a wonderful gift!

"What happened to the tags encased in…"
What happened to the tags encased in the resin? I have one in the resin for my older dog, but it appears the current ones are just plastic. I was going to replace it, but not with the plastic, and order one for the pup...not sure now. Great idea for tags, vet even mentions it. I will have to tell them the style has changed.

I love my Tags for hope name tags. all the information I need on an adorable licence tag! the photo is clear and all my friends think it is the absolute coolest dog tag ever. I will never go back to the metal tags that fade and can no longer be read. MUCH too big a risk, and if your dog, like mine is super active and happens to lose it... replacement is free with a smile! Best customer service ever!

"Frenchie Tags For Hope !!"
I have had my babies Tags for 3 and 4 years now. They look still very good. As a matter of fact, I will be ordering 2 more for the newest babies of the crew. Actually they have really helped as my little Frenchies love to bolt out of the gate and visit the neighbors so they always get my number off of it and call! I recommend them to everyone,
